Build the team.

Hire thoughtfully, develop leaders, and create the clarity and ownership that help people do their best work.

Connect the whole stack.

Lead across frontend, backend, and machine learning, connecting technical decisions to the experience they make possible.

Make the right bets.

Balance craft with speed. Partner with founders and product leaders to find what matters, then build toward it.

My mission is to build world-class products and experiences—balancing craft and care with the speed and agility needed to find product-market fit and earn lasting trust. I started in frontend engineering with an eye for detail. Over nineteen years, that same care has grown into responsibility for the whole business: the experience, the systems behind it, and the teams that bring it to life, across founder-led startups and scaled organizations.

Before software, I made records.

I worked in audio production across music, film, and video games — including at Hit Factory Criteria in Miami and Paisley Park in Minneapolis — and toured as a drummer. I came into software through IK Multimedia, building SampleTank and other music-production tools.

It is where I learned what a finished thing feels like, and why the last ten percent is the whole job.
